Chocolate Depositing Machine can both be used for the production of single color, two colors (left and right) and pastes central filling chocolates. These two models have fully automatic functions of moulds pre-heating, depositing, moulds vibrating, cooling, de-moulding and conveying, and adopt PLC control system.
Chocolate molding machine production line includes the Feeding → mixing → fine grinding → refining (spices, phospholipids)→ sieving → heat preservation → temperature adjustment → casting molding → vibration → cooling hardening → demoulding → selection → packing.Chocolate is mainly made of cocoa mass, cocoa butter and cocoa powder, but also sugar, dairy products, lecithin, spices and surfactants components.
